Route through al-Andalus from Malaga
Description
Welcome to Al-Andalus, a panoramic tour to understand the beginning of Al-Andalus, visiting the most important parts of Malaga with its spectacular Gibralfaro Castle. Commemorating the origin and end of Al Andalus, which began from Almuñecar where Abdulrahman I (the first) arrived and moved to Cordoba later.
Breakfast. In the morning, we will discover different attractions of the corners of Granada city, visiting Alcaiceria, Almadraza, Corral del Carbon and much more.
Later we will visit the Alhambra, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, its palaces and beautiful gardens.
In the afternoon, will take the Tales of the Alhambra route through the Albaicyn with its medieval carmenes and narrow streets
Return to the hotel and accommodation.
Breakfast. Departure to the Alpujarras, rural Arabic villages preserved until now. We will visit Pampaniera, one the most wonderful villages.
In the evening, we will enjoy the world-famous flamenco show (optional), which is classified as a UNESCO Human Heritage. Return to the hotel and accommodation.
Breakfast. Departure to Cordoba to visit the Cathedral – Mosque of Cordoba, a world heritage Site, constructed during 250 years preserving its masterpiece style including its minaret and mihrab and have a panoramic tour through the narrow winding streets of the Jewish Quarter.
Return to the hotel and accommodation.
Breakfast. Departure to Seville, Andalusian Capital. Panoramic tour in the old town, then visiting the Reales Alcazar of Seville, Arabic Mudejar architecture style.
Leisure time at Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España.
At afternoon, taking a cruise across the Wadil Kabir River, enjoying the beauty of the city from both sides. (Optional).
Return to the hotel and accommodation.
Breakfast. Departure to Ronda which preserved its historical culture until nowadays and visiting the old town which include the Arabic king House, the Arabic Bridge and old Arab Baths.
Breakfast. Departure to Frigiliana, a village located on an ancient fortress, called Fort Lethar. Will take a free tour around the city to learn about its archaeological sites and enjoy its narrow streets constructed by Arabs on the Mudejar style. Moving later to Mijas, a white village for free time and to Marbella for shopping.
